Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your business is the registered domain holder. We manage the setup and renewal and include the standard domain allowance in your bill. If you already have a domain, we can discuss keeping it where it is.
What if I already have a website?
We start with a preview. Your existing website stays in place while you review the proposed replacement. Any switch happens only after you approve the content and launch plan.
What does maintenance include?
Basic technical upkeep and fixes to keep the agreed website working, plus up to 15 minutes of small content updates each month. Larger edits, new pages, redesigns and additional features are quoted before we start.
Can you add booking or payments?
We can discuss connecting an appropriate external service. Booking tools, payment services and their fees are outside the basic plan and need a separate scope.
When do I pay, and what if I cancel?
We agree on the final scope, any optional extras, billing start date and cancellation terms before you subscribe. Your domain remains yours. Any website handoff or export terms will be explained in that agreement.
